Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually. If we receive your items within our return window, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM typically ship the next business day.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees.
Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.

Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.

Shipping options are available to all 50 U.S. states, with a few exceptions that may apply to certain remote areas of Alaska and select regions in Hawaii. While we aim to offer comprehensive nationwide delivery, our shipping partners have outlined specific zones that are classified as high-risk, low-risk, or non-serviceable based on factors like weather conditions, limited access, or regional restrictions. This transparency allows us to proactively communicate with our customers about any potential shipping limitations before an order is processed. In cases where delivery is not possible, we notify customers promptly and offer alternative solutions such as rerouting, holding the order, or issuing a full refund.

To track your order, simply head to the confirmation email you received after placing your purchase—it should include a tracking link or number. Click the link or copy the tracking number into the shipping carrier’s website (like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to see the status of your delivery. If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in on our website to view your order history and tracking updates. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before tracking becomes active.
